| 内容記述 | 日本の高齢者観は，敬老思想に基づいた見方が高度経済成長期に変化し，高齢者を生産性の乏しい社会的弱者とする新しい見方がホンネとして新たに加わり，従来の敬老思想がタテマエとして混在する二重混合の構造を持つようになった。政府は高齢者の制度への依存を縮減することもねらい，自立し積極的に社会に参加する高齢者像を強調するものの，二重構造に影響を与えるまでには至っていない。この様な社会環境の中で，高齢者自身も自己肯定観が低くなる一方で，これらに対抗する高齢者の意思表明の行動も見られるようになってきた。今後，高齢者が尊厳を持って主体的に生きられる社会のために必要な高齢者観を形成するには，高齢者の多様性や人間発達の成熟を積極的に理解することが重要になる。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The view of the elderly in Japan traditionally was a view that is based on the idea of respect for the elderly. This has changed in the period of high economic growth. Now there is an underlying view that the elderly are weak coupled with this attitude of respect, creating a double structure of these mixed views. Government aims for elderly people not to depend on the system and has encouraged the elderly to participate in society actively. However, it has not managed to change the duplex structure. In such circumstances, the elderly were not able to see themselves positively. However, some elderly have spoken out opposing this situation, making their will known in society. From now on, it is necessary understand the maturation of human development and the diversity of the elderly in order to create a society in which the elderly can live with dignity and independence. | |||||||||||
