| 内容記述 | 発語失行は非流暢型失語に高頻度で合併する発語面の障害である。発語失行を伴う失語症者6 名の協力を得て，発話条件の違いが発話成績にどのような影響を与えるか，3つの発話条件（①音読，②口型を提示しない復唱，③口型の提示を伴う復唱）における成績を比較した。この結果，構音の精度は口型提示を伴う復唱条件が他の発話条件よりも高く，アクセントパターンの精度も復唱条件は音読条件より高い傾向を示した。また，随意的な発声ができない重度例でも，口型の提示を伴う復唱条件であれば発語反応の産生数が増加する傾向を認めた。これらの結果より，復唱，口型の提示のいずれも発語失行の発話を促進するために効果的な手がかりであることが示された。特に，重度例は，文字に加えて聴覚・口型など複数のモダリティーによる手がかりが必要であり，中等度例では，発話条件間での発話成績を比較することで，適切なセラピー選択が可能となるものと考えた。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Apraxia of speech (AOS) is one of the major complications in nonfluent aphasia. We compared speech performances under three conditions: (1) reading aloud, (2) repetition without oral models, and (3) repetition with oral models. We investigated the influence of these three conditions on speech accuracy and pitch accent. The results of the subjective evaluations revealed that AOS patients felt more comfortable in speaking in the repetition condition than in the reading aloud condition. The accuracy of articulation in repetition with oral models was higher than that in the other conditions. Regarding the accuracy of accent patterns, repetition was higher than that in the reading aloud condition. In severe cases, the quantity of speech responses increased in repetition with oral models compared with that in the other conditions. These results indicate that both cues were effective in AOS. Thus, we established that many modality cues are necessary to aid in the speech of patients with severe AOS. | |||||||||||
