| 内容記述 | 卒業を控えた看護系大学生の「患者急変時の看護に対する認識と困難感」の内容を明らかにすることを目的として，A 看護系大学の最終学年生63 名を対象に無記名の自記式質問紙調査を実施し，自由回答文をテキストマイニングで分析した。その結果，「患者急変時の看護の認識と困難感」において共通して出現頻度の高い主要語は『必要』『対応』『命』『知識』『判断力』『看護技術』『経験』であった。主成分分析とクラスター分析による類型化から「患者急変時の看護に対する認識」では【医師との連携に難しさがある】など7 つの構成概念が，「患者急変時の看護に対する困難感」では【責任の重さから頭がパニックになり先輩看護師の指導が必要である】など6 つの構成概念が抽出された。これらの結果から，卒業を控えた看護系大学生が新人看護師として医師や先輩看護師と関わる上での課題が浮上し，チーム医療の実践をはじめとした具体的経験の重要性が示唆された。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | [Purpose] This study aimed to clarify the awareness of and difficulty in nursing for sudden changes in patients among nursing college final year students. [Method] Data were collected by paper-based open-ended questionnaires from 63 nursing college final year students. Collected data were analyzed by text mining. [Results] The results showed that the most frequent words used in awareness of and difficulty in nursing for sudden changes in patients were “need,” “correspondence,” “life,” “knowledge,” “judgment,” “nursing skill,” and “experience”. Using principal component analysis and cluster analysis (K-Means), these data were classified into seven categories for awareness, including “there is a difficulty in collaboration with doctors,” and six categories for difficulty, including “mental panic from the weight of responsibility; there is a need for guidance from a senior nurse.” [Discussion] The present findings demonstrate that nursing college final year students -namely, newly graduated nursing college students- have issues in their relationships with doctors and senior nurses. As primary practice involves team medical care, the importance of specific experience has been suggested. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
